I provide direct audio translation for recordings where parties communicate through an interpreter, delivering accurate and efficient verbatim translation and transcription of the English portions.

I have extensive experience with the following types of recordings:

  • Court Hearings: Translating recorded hearings where the judge speaks in English, and the defendant or witness responds in Russian or Ukrainian through an interpreter.

The English portions are transcribed, while the responses in the other language are directly translated into English without a separate written transcription.

  • Police Interrogations: Translating interrogation recordings where an investigator asks questions in English, and the suspect responds in Russian or Ukrainian, with their answers translated by an interpreter.

The investigator's English is transcribed, and the suspect's responses are directly translated without transcription.

I provide comparative editing and proofreading services for translated texts. This involves meticulously comparing the translation against the source text to ensure accuracy and consistency. I correct grammar, punctuation, and style in the target language while ensuring the text is free of typos and properly formatted.

My goal is to deliver a polished, high-quality translation that reads naturally and aligns with the original message. To learn more about my experience and education, please visit the About page.
